I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, the location is absolutely perfect for exploring downtown, being just a short walk from major attractions. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, but I was disappointed that they weren’t cleaned at all during my six-day stay. The service was friendly overall, but I did encounter a staff member who was rude. Overall, the hotel is decent, but those cleanliness issues were a real letdown.

The room I stayed in was a large corner suite, which was configured in an L-shape and had a king bed that was super comfortable.

While most staff were wonderfully welcoming, I did experience a bit of rudeness from one member who seemed judgmental about our age.
